A quick check shows that anonymous CVS access to gcc.gnu.org was just
discouraged and was never actually disabled.
While the GCC mirror at savannah.gnu.org remains offline, should the
anonymous CVS checkout documentation be temporarily redirected back to
the old way of referring to "-d :pserver:anoncvs@gcc.gnu.org:/cvs/gcc"
or would that cause too much of a disruption to developers?
