Thanks for keeping that in mind! I had a quick look, and noticed that
you are not just mirroring the gcc.gnu.org site, but savannah.gnu.org.
The main GNU servers (but not gcc.gnu.org) were hacked recently, and
are currently under reconstruction, but the best place to announce your
nice mirror seems to be
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html
because that's the official documentation of the GNU mirror sites, which
we also refer to from our GCC mirror documentation.
Would you mind submitting your mirrors there? (Information is at the top
of that page, which is maintained independently of GCC, else I would have
taken care of that.)
