There is no boss. Unless you count the steering committee, which has
ultimate responsibility. The term "boss", however, suggests that you are
looking for a single person with authority -- and no such person exists,
to my knowledge.
GCC development is largely governed by consensus, which is an excellent
system when intelligent people work together toward a goal.
The GCC environment may not be ideal, but nothing ever is. I like this
place the way it is, which is why I've chosen to be here.
