Will tree-ssa be GCC 3.5?

I have a client who needs Fortran 95 for a project; they want a free compiler, if possible -- so I'm looking for a definitve answer to the subject question: Will tree-ssa (which includes gfortran) be GCC 3.5?

I've always assumed that the answer is "yes", but there's a small, nagging doubt raised by the fact the tree-ssa has not been renamed or otherwise "officially" associated with the 3.5 release.

What is the schedule for tree-ssa/3.5? I've built and used it from anoncvs with some success. With 3.4 scheduled for late 2004, is 3.5 likely to arrive in 2005?
