Frankly, I'd rather not.
Whenever I do this, I get emails back from people who don't understand
what's happening objecting to various things that are not occuring, and
then I explain to them that's not occurring, and then it is all OK.
My feeling is that all of the entries on your list should simply be
obsoleted without going through gcc-announce. I don't think that's a
necessary step. However, I'm not sure that anyone else agrees with me
about that, so shouldn't construe that as approval to remove the
targets.
If *you* want to post a message to gcc-announce, I will happily approve
it. :-)
