Hi
I am getting these with latest of cvs 3.3 and 3.3-rhl branches (note
that the rest of the tool chain stayed fairly the same):
--
CC init/main.o
{standard input}: Assembler messages:
{standard input}:119: Warning: setting incorrect section attributes for
.init.text
{standard input}:133: Warning: setting incorrect section attributes for
.init.data
{standard input}:138: Warning: setting incorrect section attributes for
.init.setup
CHK include/linux/compile.h
UPD include/linux/compile.h

Is this an issue ? Reason I am asking, is that in the same time frame
I am getting these:
--
swapper: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
sh: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
swapper: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
syslogd: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
swapper: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
swapper: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
make: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
syslogd: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20
make: page allocation failure. order:2, mode:0x20

in dmesg, and the system do seem to creep a bit from usual
performance.
This known issue ? Anybody else can confirm ? Can I expect
sudden failings to be related (meaning how serious) ?
Thanks,
