Thanks for this report!  In fact, the bug here is that this page should
not be visible nor linked any longer, as this project died some time ago,
but I just realized that we refer it from http://gcc.gnu.org/search.html.

H-P, would you mind having a look and exclude this?  In the meantime,
I will remove the whole subtree from our web server.

No longer. ;-)  Thanks for the hint.

This is intentional, as the gcc.gnu.org site is mirrored (for example
by www.gnu.org), but some contents is only available on the master site.

If, however, you find an absolute URL where this is not needed, that'd
certainly constitute a bug and I'll happily fix it!
