[tree-ssa] ICE on nightly build

Tonights build of tree-ssa failed with:

../../../gcc/libgfortran/generated/_abs_r4.f90:0: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

The machine has went crazy tonight so I currently can't access it but it is a
FreeBSD 4.8-STABLE which builds the latest cvs-version of tree-ssa every night.
