For the demo version I found the source on <http://www.hightec-rt.com/uk/download.htm>.
But looks like they do not provide the source for the full version to people who asked for it.

In their august 2003 newsletter, they claimed that the HighTec GNU compiler is
not covered by the GPL, and that people are not allowed to request the
sources or to copy the product.


I'm not an expert, but it looks to me as a GPL infringment. The newsletter can
