Quite a few people have expressed interest. It looks like the best
date is Saturday the 16th; as for food, there seems to be a vague
preference for something Asian. I've been to a very nice dim sum
place in downtown Oakland, unfortunately its name escapes me at the
moment, but I can dig it up again. So for right now, let's have a
yes/no on the date and the general suggestion of dim sum -- if you
don't like dim sum, please suggest something else.
