Many of these files come from upstream sources.
The RCS keywords in fastjar can just be removed at this point -- it is
very unlikely we'll do another import, given that upstream seems dead.
If you want to make this change, please go ahead.
Likewise I think we can remove them from libffi.
For the stuff in libjava and for zlib, we may need to do another
import at some point. However, we could set -ko on these files in our
repository.
