The idea was that g95 should be gfor as in Gnu FORtran.  But the name change
never happened.  We'll look at this before the merge.

libgfor seems like an award name -- it's not clear what "for" stands
for. [:-)] Is it the G95 runtime?  If so, how about libg95?
