The more specific the question, the more likely that you will get a
useful answer.
General questions are likely to get an answer that suggests you read the
documentation, or look at the sources.
There is a lot of info you have to learn in order to do effective ports
to new processors. It takes a month or two if you know what you are
doing, and even longer if you don't. You can learn a lot by looking at
other similar ports to see how they solve problems that you are running
into.
