Hi Paul,
To get CVS write access, there's a form you fill out linked off here:
http://gcc.gnu.org/cvswrite.html#authenticated
You'll need to enter a "sponsor", listing Toon makes sense if he
agrees. Or if you don't want to wait for his ack you can list me
(same goes for Steven) assuming you both have approprate FSF
paperwork.
That'll get you physical access at the "write-after-approval" level.
But authorization to check-in to mainline or any branch still requires
appropriate approval.
Once you're officially given "maintainership" of g95 (which is a
separate step) you should work out with the tree-ssa owner(s) some
arrangement but I suspect you'll have a free hand.
I'll raise g95-maintainership with the SC for you three.
Good luck with g95!
