It would be very much appreciated if this patch could make the gcc 3.3.1
and binutils 2.14.1 releases. My testing indicates that C and Ada are
buildable for tic4x-rtems. There is an internal compiler error that
is triggered building C++ and by compiling a file within RTEMS. I think
this target is stable enough to begin to get users and hate to see it
pushed out another full release cycle. It would be better if it could
be a 1st class citizen in the current release cycle.
