It seems like most of the hurdles are already past. A next step is to look at
<http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gccint/Back-End.html#Back%20End>
and check that your port has all the parts it needs, especially
documentation. Also, check that it follows the coding standards.
If you don't already have it, please get write-after-approval CVS access.
Once all that's done, you can post your port to gcc-patches, and ask
for approval to check it in.
