In Bugzilla, "priority" is traditionally used by a maintainer with a lot
of bugs assigned to him/her, who gives them priorities to decide what
order *he* will work on them in.
This is actually different from both severity and milestones.
I think it's a nice thing to have, but it shouldn't be available
except on 'assigned' bugs, perhaps.
