[janitor] mips-tfile.c and mips-tdump.c

AFAICT these files are only used in:

alpha*-dec-osf[45]*)

for...

        if test x$gas != xyes
        then
                extra_passes="mips-tfile mips-tdump"
        fi

Is this still a used/supported target, and/or configuration?
