When/how is cp/error.c:dump_expr() called?

Does anyone know if cp/error.c:dump_expr() is invoked by the
bootstrap/testsuite run?
I noticed (by visual inspection) a potential bug in the clause that
prints out INTEGER_CSTs and I wasn't sure how to trigger that code to
test it.
