http://gcc.gnu.org/develop.html does not claim a release for GCC 3.3
since at least 2003-03-26; unfortunately the mirror at www.fsf.org
seems somewhat broken. :-(
Christian, what's the URL of the SuSE page with that link?

It's off the release branch.
Andreas (or someone else from SuSE), could you please change
http://www.suse.com/us/private/products/suse_linux/i386/new_features.html
and related pages to read "GCC" instead of "gcc" and add a comment that
this is a pre-release and link to http://gcc.gnu.org/develop.htm instead
of the FSF site (once Christian supplies the URL)?
Thanks,
Gerald
