Cerr error

Subject: Cerr error
Bcc:

This is a weird error. I seem to have included all I need but it spits back this error:

cerr.cpp: In function `int main()': cerr.cpp:5: `cerr' undeclared (first use this function) cerr.cpp:5: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each function it appears in.)

plz help thx
