recent 3.3 compile times for PR 8361 test case

Steven Bosscher asked if I could get some recent numbers for 3.3 for
the test case in PR opt/8361, in which Gerald Pfeifer reported a
regression in compilation time.

These numbers are for the 3.3-branch on i686-pc-linux-gnu, using simple
builds of cc1plus starting from the 3.2 compiler with CFLAGS="-g -O2",
checking disabled. It's quite likely that a bootstrapped compiler is
faster. I've saved the cc1plus for each of these dates.

3.3-branch -O0 -O2 -O3

These numbers are from January, using the same kind of build of
cc1plus from the mainline.
