[This is not a request to keep it. I beg you not to count it as one.]
There are a number of hardware + closed source software debugger
combinations - I know of one for ARM and one for PowerPC - that only
speak DWARF 1. I've seen people using these within the past month.
So, as broken as our DWARF1 output is (very) and as sad as it makes me,
I don't think we can ditch it yet.
