Re: GCC 3.3 compile speed regression - AN ANSWER



Speed is a problem when you start counting in KLOC's if you have 500'000 lines of code it starts to get interesting.

I am really glad that the speed debate is turning into something constructive instead of just talk, i.e. benchmarking, profiling and fixing.

So thank's to everyone who is recognising speed as an issue, and doing their best.
