Suggestion: Rename gcc 3.3 -> 3.3.0

- Subject: Suggestion: Rename gcc 3.3 -> 3.3.0
History has shown that all major releases of GCC since the
EGCS split have had one or two bug-fix only releases soon
afterwards.
So it only makes sense in my estimation to call the first
release of the 3.3 series 3.3.0. Ditto for the first
release of the 3.4 series, call it 3.4.0.
That way when a year from now someone using version 2.81 is
advised to get GCC 3.3, they won't try to download exactly
version 3.3 instead will know to get the latest 3.3.x
version.
