It looked like Intel's lost performance. Of course, the cynical side of
me thinks this is to promote hyperthreading CPUs, and I also note that
AMD uses Intel's compiler for benchmarks and they don't have
hyperthreading.
You could mention an advantage of GCC on your page is that the vendor
doesn't have any ulterior motives...
