I suggest to put them into state "feedback", asking the respective
reporters whether they can still reproduce the problem and _in_ _any_
_case_ to report their findings.
If the response is
- "works now", close the report
- "still broken", change the state to "open"
- "void", that is, no response at all, close the PR after three months.
Mark, does this sounds sensible?
