Hi, GCC maintainers.

I'm a postgraduate in a University. Now our group want to port GCC to a new architecture. The target is a DSP processor, which is designed to encode/decode video stream.

We are studing the GCC manual internal. But we found some details not clear, and as the manual says "This manual is mainly a reference manual rather than a tutorial."

Can you give me some advices or help?
