If you look at the <h2>headers</h2>, they are:
- Additional changes in GCC 3.2.1 (not released yet)
- New Languages and Language specific improvements
- New Targets and Target Specific Improvements
The last two look quite familiar. If I had to guess, I would say that
only the first section includes only 3.2.1 changes, and the other
sections both include only 3.2.0 changes.
