What do you mean by "downloaded" ? Did you use one of our releases (see http://gcc.gnu.org, left column, item "Releases") and built that (i.e., unzip, untar, configure, make bootstrap, make install), or did you download a prebuilt version from somewhere else ?
In the latter case you have to ask the people behind "somewhere else" how to solve your problem ...
