GNAT Users Guide *online* ?

I appreciate to see GNAT Reference Manual *online*;

On the other hand, I cannot find "GNAT Users Guide" online; a simple guess
<http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-3.1.1/gnat_ug/> makes "Not Found".

Work in progress, or it is at other URL ?
