ginclude/stddef.h is used everywhere. config/freebsd*.h *might* be used
by 0.0001% of the HP-UX users.

It is _years_ away from my perspective. GCC 3.1 just went into FreeBSD.
Depending on when 3.2 is released, how much bugs it fixes on AMD x86-64
and IA-64; it could be until FreeBSD 6.0 (probably 2 years away) until we
can upgrade to it.
