Reason for this is mostly historic. There are other areas, notably
tasking and interrupt handling, where subtle semantic differences
exist between thread libraries that cannot be detected automatically,
but which need careful tuning/adaptation.
However, most of the *.c files in the ada/ directory contain preprocessor
tests that could/should be replaced if autoconf based tests.
Patches for improvement in this area are welcomed.
