-fdump-translation-unit OPTION

Subject: -fdump-translation-unit OPTION

Hi all,

I guess "-fdump-translation-unit" option is not there in gcc, at last now.
Could anyone tell me till which version it was available and is there
alternative to get dump of tree representation created by parser.
