This isn't really an improvement but a bug fix. Currently, on the
main branch, floating point stuff on h8300 port is badly broken. So
it would be nice if you can fix that. Here is a starting point.

As far as improlvements, I've listed some at:

This isn't really a gcc issue, but a gdb stub that talks with HDI-M
would be nice. This way, a developer can debug a problem from
non-Windows machine without HDI.
