organization can effect the SC. You would first need to convince one
of them of a change being necessary, what that change is, and that the
change would be good. Not exactly sure what change you want, but from
your email, it sounds like I am not in favor of it. I am a Redhat
shareholder, so people are free to write off my opinion, as they care.

Well it is always nice when people's financial interests are aligned with
their good intentions. As a Redhat shareholder you have an extra reason
for wanting to see the continued success of the development of gcc :-) :-)
Seriously, I think it is a tempest in a teapot to worry about conflicts of
interest on the SC. All these folks are clearly from the record dedicated to
the best interests of the GNU project, and I can't imagine anyone familiar
with their work thinking otherwise.
