[Ada] Bootstrapping mainline GNAT fails

- Subject: [Ada] Bootstrapping mainline GNAT fails
After the big merge, I'm no longer able to bootstrap GNAT because of
an ICE while compiling namet.adb with the stage1 compiler. Is this
specific to my setup (Debian GNU/Linux on x86 with GNU libc 2.2.5,
bootstrapping GNAT version is 3.13p), or is it a more general problem?
