Hi,
I've successfully built gcc-3.0.4 on the following system:
i586-pc-linux-gnu Red Hat 7.2 kernel 2.4.7-10 glibc-2.2.4-13
Ths installation went easily, but one complaint: you should warn that
the total installation time can be very long on older systems. On my
Pentium 100 MHz system, it took over 8 hours to complete the process.
