Designated initializers, marked as Done.
This table, the list of items being taken from C99, is considered to
define the important C99 features that are worth noting on that page; if
the creators of the list in C99 didn't consider something (such as the
default return of 0 from falling off the end of main()) worth noting
there, we don't add a specific note.
