I had to think about this a bit ;), but given the current wording (and
intent) of mirrors.html, I believe we should only list sites that mirror
gcc.gnu.org:
| These sites mirror the gcc.gnu.org FTP site (California, USA) directly.
| Please let us know if you are mirroring our FTP site so we can note it

| Our releases are also available on the GNU FTP server and its mirror

The GNU mirror unicamp.br is listed at http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html,
so I believe we shouldn't list the gcc subdirectory of that mirror on our
mirrors.html page (or we should list all GNU mirrors on our mirror page).
Does this make sense?
