I've just verified that ftp.unicamp.br (that I maintain) still carried
mirrors from both gcc.gnu.org and ftp.gnu.org. Since keeping such
duplicates is pointless, now that ftp.gnu.org is kept reasonably
up-to-date, I've removed the mirror of gcc.gnu.org there and set up a
link pointing to the ftp.gnu.org mirror. I suggest the following
update to mirrors.html, but I"m not sure we want to put in mirror
entries of sites that don't mirror gcc.gnu.org, but rather
ftp.gnu.org. Opinions? Ok to install?
