#include <vector>
#include <gosh_what_name_here.h>

using gnu::gcc::vector;

vector<int[4]> a, b;
std::vector<int> cxx_vec;

void foo() {
     a += b;
     cxx_vec.begin();
}

or

#include <vector>
#include <gosh_what_name_here.h>

using std;

gnu::gcc::vector<int[4]> a, b;
vector<int> cxx_vec;

void foo() {
     a += b;
     cxx_vec.begin();
}

A completely trivial problem.  :-)
