Bootstrap failures with today's CVS

I cannot build even a stage1 compiler on sparc-sun-solaris2.7:

/export/home/jsturm/gcc/build/gcc/xgcc
-B/export/home/jsturm/gcc/build/gcc/ -B/opt/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.7/bin/
-B/opt/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.7/lib/ -isystem
/opt/gcc/sparc-sun-solaris2.7/include -DIN_GCC -W -Wall
-Wwrite-strings -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -isystem
./include -I. -I. -I../../gcc -I../../gcc/. -I../../gcc/config
-I../../gcc/../include \
        -c ../../gcc/config/sparc/gmon-sol2.c -o gmon.o
In file included from ../../gcc/system.h:249,
                 from ../../gcc/config/sparc/gmon-sol2.c:36:
/usr/include/sys/wait.h:90: parse error before "siginfo_t"

There is nothing odd about wait.h, and other compilers don't complain.
Moreover, if I save the preprocessed output and feed that to cc1
separately, it compiles!

It seems like the integrated preprocessor is misbehaving. I'm at a loss
on how to debug it...
