It's not specified any more formally than Objective-C proper, which
itself has just the one semi-formal description. (There have been a
couple incomplete attempts at a formal spec.)
Given that C++ has so many more dark corners, I think it would be a
good idea for us to work up at least a more detailed description
of how Objective-C relates to the underlying C dialect, even if
just to say that the behavior is "undefined".
