Re: [Ada] Nag screen

supported ACT customer versions.

Not decided yet. Here are some of the issues:

1. Yes, once 3.1 is released, people can build binary releases for various
targets, and we expect that to happen. Furthermore, people can build binaries
for various intermediate versions etc.

2. On the other hand, there is some continued value in providing public
binaries for at least principle targets, probably GNU/Linux and Windows,
that match our field qualified GNAT Pro releases. The GNAT Pro releases
will never exactly correspond to official FSF releases, since they
are determined on a schedule dictated by separate commercial concerns.

3. The Windows version is tricky to build, for several reasons. Perhaps
for example, someone will build a Cygwin version, and that's fine, but it
is not a version that we will ever have tested against our internal test
suite, and that has been field tested.

We have not decided on a path of action here yet, but for now the code
may as well stay till this is decided.
