Thanks! Joseph, would you mind adding brief instructions to
releasing.html how to do that in general?
I have extremely limited internet access this weekend (today
is our national holiday), but if there's something unresolved
left on Monday, I'll have a look -- feel free to drop me a
pointer (privately) if there's something specific you'd like
me to do.
