Ada: partial validation suite results

Looks like the compiler is not completely unusable on GNU/Linux x86
after all :). The problems are concentrated around numerical stuff
(from a random sampling of failing test descriptions). My run is not
complete, a dozen tests are missing, I haven't updated to the latest
ACATS that has been made available last week, and tests causing
problems for 3.13p are not run. So far:

c34003a, c34011b, c44003d, c47005a, c64103b,
ce3804f,

probable compiler infinite loop (I killed gnat1 by hand after a few minutes)

cxa4021, cxa4022, cxa4023, cxa4033

wide string stuff, failing at runtime.

Plus various numerical accuracy test failures.
