I don't know yet if the GNAT version in the CVS can be bootstrapped
with the latest publicly available GNAT binaries (version 3.13p).

If this is the case, you can use Juergen Pfeifers RPM distribution
(but you have to temporarily rename 'gnatgcc' to 'gcc', or pass
apropriate flags to make), or you can use the ACT binary distribution,
available at ftp://ftp.cs.nyu.edu/pub/gnat/ (IIRC, a HTTP mirror is at
http://de.gnuada.org/gnat/).
