I tried to find a Makefile target for building xnmake but found none,
may be some essential generated file is not included or up to date in
CVS?
There isn't any. As far as I know, it's done manually with gnatmake.
But the touches you did should work around that.

einfo.h and sinfo.h are the new versions of a-einfo.h and a-sinfo.h.
