3.0.1 can't compile itself


I try to compile gcc-3.0.1 by itself using the next CFLAGS:
 -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -Wall -mcpu=athlon -march=athlon -ffast-math,but
I get the next message

I think I was getting the same message and with gcc-3.0.Without these
CFLAGS everything works fine.Please help.
